Yesterday we had a very successful Year 8 Girls DT competition.

The girls were tasked with building a Formula 1 kit car by following a set of tricky instructions.

All 4 teams showed great resilience and teamwork and all 4 final cars were well constructed.

We tested the cars for speed and accuracy and the winners were as follows.

1st – Tomlinson

2nd – Robinson

3rd – Trueman

4th – Bremner
