Year 10 should be incredibly proud of themselves having completed their work experience placements.

During the second week of March all students in Year 10 left school to enter the world of work and gain an insight into what working in the ‘adult world’ looks and feels like. It is a great opportunity for students to develop their communication skills, as well as being brave and going outside of their comfort zone to work in some unfamiliar surroundings.

Some of the placements students went to included:
a butchers shop
primary school teaching
a dog grooming salon
a water park

The feedback we received about how professional and enthusiastic Year 10 were was a delight to read. Well done!
