To maintain effective correspondence between home and the school, we ask to be kept informed of any updates to your personal details. Below is a data collection form that can be sent to [email protected] once completed.
Parental consent
Some of the activities that take place in school require your consent; if your child is aged over 13, we also need their permission too. We believe the activities outlined below enhance your child’s educational experience and recommend that you provide consent for each of them.
This form allows the school to collect your consent. If we do not hear from you by Thursday 21st May 2020, we will assume you have given your consent.
